For whom?

This product is intended for:

  • Industrial SMEs
  • Large companies
  • With a registered office or operations located in Wallonia.

For what purpose?

This loan helps finance major corporate investments in the energy transition, including the production of new energy carriers:

  • Energy efficiency (cogeneration, replacement of industrial boilers, installation of pumps and motors with variable speed drives, etc.)
  • Renewable energy sources (photovoltaic panels, wind power, etc.)
  • Development of the hydrogen sector
  • Development of electric mobility (charging stations, etc.)
  • Etc.

Duration

Up to 20 years 

Specific features

  • Attractive rates for low-carbon projects
  • Co-financing required: at least 50% of the total need
  • Capital repayment: constant or “bullet” format
  • No management fees, early repayment penalties, or reservation fees
  • Capital grace period: up to 2 years
  • Guarantees: possibly required
  • Validity period of conditions: up to 12 months

Approval by the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors
